johnstonesons.shop is operated by W. JOHNSTONE & SONS LIMITED, a company registered in Scotland under number SC251742, with its registered office at 23 George Street, Dumfries, United Kingdom, DG1 1EA. We sell original paper stationery and desk goods to consumers worldwide.

We describe each product's size, paper weight, page count and materials as accurately as we can. Product photography is illustrative; natural materials such as paper, brass and ceramic may vary slightly between batches. We sell only our own original designs and do not offer counterfeit goods, licensed characters or any academic, exam or essay-writing services.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or local taxes, which are calculated at checkout or charged on delivery where applicable. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken securely through Stripe or PayPal at the time you place your order. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment taken in those cases.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You must provide accurate information when ordering.

All content on this site — including product designs, text, photographs and the Johnstonesons name — is owned by W. JOHNSTONE & SONS LIMITED or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We provide our products and website with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
