Orders & payment

What currency are prices in?: All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). The total, including shipping, is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?: We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Is checkout secure?: Yes. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers over an encrypted connection. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Where do you ship from and to?: We dispatch from the United Kingdom and ship worldwide. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery estimates.
How long will my order take?: We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 2–4 days in the UK, 6–12 days to the US and Canada, and 8–18 days for the rest of the world.
Will I be charged customs or duties?: Deliveries outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not collected by us.

What is your returns window?: You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Do you sell food, drinks or supplements?: No. We only sell non-food homeware accessories for the drink station — coasters, trays, holders and similar. We never sell food, drink, supplements or anything consumable.
Are your products own-brand?: Yes. Everything is designed in-house under our own brand. We don't use licensed characters, sports teams, celebrities or any third-party trademarks.

How do you handle my data?: We use your details only to fulfil orders and provide support, in line with our Privacy Policy (GDPR & CCPA).
